In March and April 2026, I worked with Belle Property on a few assets for them to roll out across their franchise store network. A lot of it was printed collateral for property open days, including assets such as a recommended trade list - providing contact information for local trades, information flyers about the property itself and the surrounding suburbs, agent focussed DLs, and Belle Property appraisal information, for those looking to sell. These all went out to a store network of over 120 franchises as editable templates.
